Just Legal, Inc.'s executive team is embedded in our region's legal community and take a consultative, hands-on approach to client relationships.

 

Sueann M. Hall is president, founder and CEO of Just Legal, Inc. A 1995 Inc. Magazine Entrepreneur of the Year nominee and founder of the first legal secretarial training school of its kind in our region, Sueann's life experience, passion for the law, and commitment to service has helped Just Legal, Inc. become the the Tri-State area's premier legal staffing company. Since earning her bachelor's degree in criminal justice from the University of Delaware, Sueann has immersed herself in nearly all aspects of the legal profession. As a one time paralegal and legal staffing manager, Sueann parleyed her real world experience into launching a successful Florida-based legal staffing service, and a successful training and placement service prior to launching Just Legal, Inc.  In December of 2009, Sueann Hall was featured in Delaware Today magazine as one of 30 Women in Business who embody the modern concept of leadership.  The article featured leading women in Delaware’s business community whose vision, passion, innovation and collaboration helped transform old business models into making their workplaces better. Hall presently serves as an auxiliary board member for Wilmington University's legal studies program and is a board member and vice president for the Kennett Consolidated Education Foundation and School District respectively. Under the auspices of Just Legal, Inc., Sueann is an active supporter of several area bar associations and trial lawyer groups.  She presently serves as a member of the Association of Legal Secretaries, the Delaware Department of Education's Private Business and Trade Schools, and the Hockessin Business Partnership.

Marion R. Newbold, Esq. heads Just Legal, Inc.'s Attorney Placement Division. She is a graduate of the University of Rochester and Widener University School of Law and is admitted to the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the District of Columbia Court of Appeals and United States Supreme Court. Marion is a former dean of students and dean of admissions and career development at the Widener University School of Law. In addition to having extensive experience in law school recruiting and placement, Marion has spent many years in private practice.  Marion currently serves as an adjunct professor, teaching law office management.
